Abstract

Modern historical linguistics describes the development of language systems or individual facts, which is quite logical, but it does not address the causes of linguistic changes that lead to the change of some states by others. At the same time, the identification of the causes solves two extremely important issues: on the one hand, it allows us to determine the history of a language as a result of mixing different languages and dialects, i.e. to establish how the language came to its modern state, with which languages or dialects of individual languages it was mixed, how the dialects of the same language influenced each other, which caused transformations, on the other hand, it allows us to establish the conditions under which language assimilation occurs, which will make it possible to eliminate the conditions of assimilation, since language is the main factor National security. The article proposes to determine the articulatory features of each language, the possibility and results of the mutual influence of languages.
