About the Journal

Law and Economy (ISSN 2788-7049) is an international, peer-reviewed journal devoted to providing high-quality scholarly papers. The journal provides a forum for interdisciplinary research at the interface of law and economics. The journal publishes original research papers, reviews, and short communications, as well as comments and analyses such as specializing in economic and financial markets, and particularly in attendant legal and regulatory developments.

Law and Economy aims to publish original and high-quality articles to improve the empirical and theoretical understanding of law and economy, especially the problems arising from interdisciplinary studies. Papers must have a firm analytical basis, then will be peer reviewed by relevant experts and feedback will be given whether or not a paper is accepted or returned for further work.
