Abstract

The formulation and implementation of the new curriculum standard reform plan in the compulsory education stage has prompted many education experts, scholars and front-line teachers to pay more and more attention to improving the learning level and developing good learning habits of students of different ages and different students. Through the detailed study of the new curriculum standard reform plan, it can be found that the country has put forward more and more specific requirements for students’ ability to read classical ancient poems and essays. As a front-line teacher, we should grasp the new trend of education and teaching reform, and try our best to provide students with some positive and effective strategies in the daily education and teaching process, so as to stimulate their interest in reading classical ancient poems and enhance their ability in reading ancient poems and essays. This paper describes how to adopt effective strategies to improve students’ ability to read classical ancient poems and essays.
